We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create a logo for a public special needs school for young children. The logo should incorporate a playful and fun design, utilizing blues and rainbow colors to represent the vibrant and diverse nature of our school community and the autism spectrum. The background color is white and the logo will also be used on t-shirts so it has to be adaptable.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design software, logo must be sent in EPS\illustrator source in addition to high res png and jpeg.
- Experience in creating logos for educational institutions or children-oriented organizations
- Ability to capture the essence of our school's mission and values through the logo design
- Strong understanding of color psychology and its impact on visual communication
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing a visually appealing and engaging logo

The name of the organization is called Childrens Readiness Center, which is part of Nassau BOCES.

The words NASSAU BOCES should also be in the logo but not as big as Childrens Readiness Center.
