Logo design for construction company

I need a logo design for my new company that builds houses in North Carolina. The name of the company is Knox Construction. I'm open to having the state silhouette as a background or a house or nothing. I don't really want hammers or screwdrivers or anything like that to be a part of the logo. I'm not really sure what I want. I'm not real good at designing graphics or conceptualizing things like that? The logo will mainly be used on hats and t-shirts. Thank you for your time.
