Design a launcher icon for my 'jump training' app. (target audience are basketball and volleyball players!)

The must haves are:
- The app is mainly about jump training and the launcher icon should represent that.
- I use a dark theme which must be represented in the launcher icon. (See the attached screenshots). The used colors are: #303030 for the background and #448AFF as the primary color.
- no text inside the icon
- I am open to anything as long as it fulfills the previous points and is: creative, original and its clear that the app is about jump training.
