  When contest closes I will be work closely with the winner to fine tune a couple of small adjustments with fences etc and some final required features.
  
  Please no fence along front of house. The fence runs on the front of property only on the left side (ALR Lands) and then runs angled toward the back. The front will remain open to the street.

  Contest closes in one hour. To date I am only seeing two designers who have taken the time to plot our lot with proper dimensions and followed some of our requests. The fountain feature in the back needs to be more on the rustic side with rocks etc.. There will be some retaining wall feature in the back to support the slope and provide a flat pooling area in the back behind the covered deck.
  
  It would be good to see a couple of planter features in the front yard and perhaps some type of address plate feature.
  
  The sidewalk needs to also extend along right side of house to stairs down to basement suite. There will be some sort of shrubs/plants along right side of driveway along with the front landscape. Then perhaps the retained wall areas in the back can have some feature in them.
  
  Would love to see how a hottub may be able to incorporate into the right side of the hill to the lower side of the fountain feature.
