    Not willing to risk wasting time if there is no sign of reward worth working. If you're confident in your manage skills you will have no issues putting your reward on guaranteed.

    I respect the honesty, but the description sounds very pretentious.

    P.S. I know 100 AUD is a mad big money for an image that would be a face of your company for years, but #guaranteed prize is the only thing you can actually provide here as something designers can trust.
    The system makes you almost anonnymous here from our side and we can only see your pic, country and registration date. So even if you're the most trustworthy client in global design community, designers can't check it so they can't rely on just a word from you.

    Design community is not some peasants you can get to work without providing something back.
    Have some common respect for other's work.
