Need a graphic artist and designer to review our website, preliminary header and footers. Need to get a new design. We will supply logo and information that need to be included as well purchase any license for any picture needed. We tried designing it on out own, but it didn't come out catchy. Perhaps an image is needed in the header. We don't want to take up too much space either.

We will need the header and footer to be responsive reorganizing layout for mobile devices. For example, if footer has a section with 2 or 3 columns, those column should should up sequentially on mobile device.

The winner will have supplied
a nice header and footer
screenshots of how the appear on desktop, and screenshot showing the responsiveness on mobile device
html code for the header and foot.
