I'm seeking a creative professional to design a full-page ad for print media, geared towards brand promotion, and product marketing.

The ad should be designed on a black background with gold glitter fading inward. attached is an idea of what I want the background to look like - but the border should be a lot thinner.
The company name should be in gold 3D letters "VIP HAT"
The arm should be on the upper left side holding the fur hat
