We are about to launch a funnel www.ninjatrainingkalendar.com/activities4kids and need to set up and manage Facebook ads.
I'm fed up with working with people that tell me how great they are but then have very little to show for. That's why I want to set up this contest.
We are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone that manages ALL our ad needs (starting with FB but eventually including IG, YouTube, maybe Pinterest). We need someone that is a self-starter, that tells US what to do and what they need from us. That keeps on top of the projects and delivers exactly what was agreed on (including a daily analysis of the stats), that gives us advice on ad strategy etc. We know NOTHING about advertising and are looking for someone very experienced that can manage a project and is a great communicator (I don't enjoy running after someone to get the information and details I need to make business decisions).
For the contest, we will give $100 ad spend to the participants and whoever gets the most traffic, wins and gets the job.
We have never run a contest and we have never had someone manage our ads for us, so I'm not sure about pricing. Just let us know what you charge.
