Technical Details

The Mobile Application in both Android and iOS Platforms along with a website which is going to be developed will provide the users the ability to compare prices of the available retailers.
The purpose of designing and developing Mobile Application is to compare the prices of the products in order to save time as well as money. There is a barcode scanning feature will help the users to add products or track products.

when User wants to shop for a particular item. He or she searches app for it. Find closest location and best price. Go and purchases item.
User goes into store, sees item in store, wonders if items is cheaper elsewhere, he or she can scan item barcode, or searches by product name. if product shows as not existing. He or she can enter the item details and upload that location storefront. item is now available for her network of friend and anyone using the app to see that price at that particluar location.

Now this will only happen at storefront that are not owned and manged by that actual owners of the store.

. Here, the products will be available with a category wise search , geographical location, as well as discounts or offer wise search for the users’ convenience.

This application has web based administrator controls. The administrator’s job is to add and maintain products and stores along with providing authentication for the users.
The Products will be updated periodically according to the current occasion as well as current trend.
Which products? The one added by user? or admin? Both parties will be able to update the prices

This Application enables the following non-functional requirements such as;
Performance
The Application will perform smartly and it will provide the periodic update over the products. Here the Application maintains all products in an effective manner so that admin and users can check at any time.
Reliability
This Application is reliable enough so to use even by a new user can operate/navigate it easily.
Availability
This Application is made for public use. So that anybody can use this App with the Admin Person’s Authentication, who is in charge for this Application.

User needs to login in . can create an account or use twitter, facebook or linkedin etc

sorry @securedist i didn't see the logos before submitting and thus i used a mock-up icon as the logo and a default name for the app...
