I'm looking for a logo for an app. This app is somehow just like the famous app "shazam" which lets you record an audio and recognise it for you. what is different is that it is not for recognising music, but specifically designed to recognise reciters of Quran Kareem and the Surah being played.
I'm open to all ideas in terms of logo details or colours. But if you ask me, the followings are my preferences:
-Colours: (green-dark green) + (Gold-yellow). Or green only with gradient.
-Simplicity is preferred, maintain elegancy.
-Looks good as small and large logo.
-Meaningful and stands by itself.
-No letters or names should be added to the logo.

UPDATE:
I have a sketch that I think it is good idea (attached) to start working with. An open book (Quran) with sound wave coming from it (top of it). If you make something good based on this idea I think you will win the contest! DO not use special borders. only the open book and the wave.
