We are taking control of our very well established, but somewhat run-down dental practice. The practice has a very good reputation, and has been in operation for almost 50 years. We currently have no logo or branding, but are looking to update the practice corporate image as well as facilities. We are looking for someone to design a practice logo or branding as a first step, but will be looking for stationery, business cards etc to be designed soon after, possibly by the winning freelancer. Our practice is located in Islington, an inner suburb of Newcastle, Australia. Islington is a changing area of Newcastle, undergoing a lot of redevelopment and gentrification at present. We are quite conservative in our approach to dentistry, and so are looking for an elegant, understated and sophisticated logo, which is obviously recognisable as being ours. The practice is simply referred to as "Islington Dental" and we are open minded as to what the logo might look like, but would like it to be able to be both combined with "Islington Dental" in text form, but also recognisable if printed on stationery and uniforms without the name in some situations.
