I need to find the perfect logo for my company. I want something simple but yet elegant, modern and professional. I want the logo to reflect what my company does. I am working with companies that struggles with their employees and culture. I'm working along with them to find a solution to get their employees more engaged in their work through customized events.
After collecting the employees feedback, I create a plan of action including tips and events such as seminar, workshop, trainings, incentives, team bonding events, recognition events..., for them to follow.
My main concern is the result, it's a win win situation. The improvement of the general mood in the company increase the productivity, profitability and lower turnover and sick days. Making the employees happy will bring high satisfaction to owners.
