Lead Landing Page Design for Real Estate.

I am looking for a design for a single-page landing page. I have attached a demo for you to see to show what I am looking for. This is just for the design can be in Photoshop, JPEG, Illustrator or figma. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CODE IT.

Figma is preferred.

The page should include the following items:
- Header with Logo
- Main section - Title "Learn to Invest In Calgary"
Sign-up form with similar questions on the sample.
- Video Section (Not shown in the sample design)
- WHY Section (To give reasons why similar to Why Buy Real Estate in Calgary)
- Sign up now section ( Make action section which will scroll to the top for the sign-up)
- Our Exclusive Inventory ( 3 sections with Title, Description, Starting Price, 10% Deposit, Picture/Icons) Have a button to register or Learn More.
- Why choose our Team Section
- Review Section ( Either a slider or to show multiple reviews)
- Sign up now section ( Make action section which will scroll to the top for the sign-up)
- Footer

Feel free to get creative and please see our logo attached. Feel free to use pictures of Calgary, Alberta in Canada.
I am looking for a nice clean modern look.

Please be creative and don't copy the exact design from the sample and use your judgment to make it better and more attractive to the eye.
