I need a design for a very simple group organizational app. The purpose of the app is to make it easy for people to create, manage, and share information between groups. The design needs these following screens:

App Name: Row

Signup/login screen
-Login/Signup with Phone # and Password
or
-Login with Facebook

Sign up screen
- Verification code enter (4 number)
- Term acceptance box
- Sign up button

- Homescreen:
--Should have all the following either built in or with a button to get to
--A very easy way to add more groups
- Group switcher (as simple way to slide/swipe between groups)
- Meetings
-- Meeting title, time, location and meeting Agenda in it's own section

- Tasks
-- List of tasks (Task name & due date), easy way to add task, a place to see completed tasks
- Memo
-- Unique messages that are sent out to the group, a simple memo adding method

- Members
-- A list of members (Name, Picture, Amount of points) in the group
-- Add people button
---Takes you to a separate page that you can select to add people/invite them on
---A box you select to view people from contacts or/and Facebook friends (that are on the app) to be able to add them to your groups
---A search box
---Separate the people on the app and people you invite.
