Hi,

I require a face book Banner for the main cover photo which appears on FB for business (not the profile one).
This planner needs to remain professional and be based predominately red, white and black.
Business is cut price Real-estate. Please see logo. Using the attached sketch as a guide. It does not have to be this way if you feel you have a better layout
The main emphasis of the banner will be to demonstrate that we can source brand new property cheaper than our competitors.
Top of banner have the logo.
Then have a section with text ‘New Houses and Apartments under Market Price!’

Then using the sketch as a guide create a picture to demonstrate our property is giving a cash rebate to make it cheaper than our competitors

Please note, we do not want an actual picture of a real house. Also, we do not want a colourful house. Have the colour of the house blend with the entire banner, so keep it plain but effective.

Also, other things in the sketch is ‘$17,000 Cashback’ to be placed over the second sketch of house A. To demonstrate we will give them $17,000 back and the price is $483,000.
