I need you to create a template for an online brochure. I will be using this as an advertising tool on my Facebook Like page, and email services.

I need it to be in Photoshop format so I can change it and update it when I need.

Size: A4 Portrait
Must have contact details displayed

I want displayed dominantly " Free Shipping within Australia* " then small subtext " *on orders over $100 " (Anywhere on the brochure)
The title up the top to be called "Booster Blowout Sale"
I want on the brochure around 4-8 items (Whatever fits best on your design) but must be easily read as a Facebook post or in an email.

The items will be both Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh related. Each item will have under it a name, and price. I have attached a few example of items that will be on the brochure for you to use.

On one of the items I want it to have "NEW" displayed on it with a banner or stamp.
