Redesign a bathroom from existing plans which are attached with modifications.

Required deliverables will be jpeg and pdf drawings for the floor plans, specs, etc. dwg files are highly desired as well, but please advise if dwg files will not be available with your entry. Designs will need to show all necessary dimensions, either included or on a separate pdf/dwg. Additionally at least four 3 dimensional (3D) images will be needed from different angles to observe the full effect. More images will be appreciated and likely given higher consideration, especially for separation of the kitchen and dining areas. Also need a 2D design floor plan with dimensions.

The concept is to modify the bathroom by replacing the 91.5" double sink vanity with a 72" double sink vanity. Please design the vanity area to fill up the space to utilize all the existing space. It is Remove the bathtub and replace it with a frameless or semi-frameless shower enclosure. Remove the wall where it indicates in the image provided for a more open space fee

Colors for the countertops, cabinets, walls, etc. will be whites/greys. Do provide different color combination ideas. Cabinets should be flush inset type cabinets. Designs should include lighting fixture ideas as well.

Assume 10' ceilings in the area and all measurements should be in feet and inches. The plumbing, fixtures, and semi framed shower door is brushed nickel in color.

Contest may be ended at any time and prize awarded prior to the scheduled contest end if an exceptional design is received.

The realisation must be absolutely high quality and realistic. Size A3, 300 dpi.
