I have a WordPress site that provides online courses for members and I would like to have a freelancer design two certificates for me:

Certificate of Completion
Certificate of Excellence

I will provide the text for each certificate. The Certificate template will be fillable based on the student's input (such as their name, name of the course, date the course was completed, etc.). Please have examples of any such certificates you have completed in your portfolio. The budget is set as it is, and only those freelancers who agree to the budget will be considered.
