Below is a sample of what I need but I need the info on it to read a little different and look a bit more classy.

I need it to say 50% off MLS Listing Fee - Instead of "1% MLS listing fee"

It needs to say "Our Average Seller Saves $3000 to $5000!" and "Our average buyers receive between $1000 - $2000 as a credit towards closing costs!"

The background picture should be similar to this one and it should all be very professional. We also need to brand it with my logo which is also attached.

  Please make sure the picture isnt grainy and is very high quality and that the text doesnt cover more than 20% of the photo
