i need to create some characters for adobe character animation - (full face separated parts)

either in photoshop or illustrator.

i want it to be a cartoony (but not too much) version of local politicians,
i will need several ones, but this projects is for one character and if it goes well ill order more.

for this i would like a character of benjamin netanyahu. photos attached.
