1. Come up with an appropriate company name that is available in Australia (Check for availability in the Australian companies register at https://asic.gov.au/for-business/registering-a-business-name/before-you-register-a-business-name/business-name-availability/ ). We shall do registration ourselves once we have found the best name that is available. Please note we are asking you to come up with a company name. OUR NAME IS NOT ASIC.

2. Design a corresponding .com domain name that is available at normal price (not yet registered and available for sale - we don't want to spend money buying from someone) and not too long; easy to type and remember.

3. Design a company logo that reflects the company name

Design Considerations

Our Clients: Organisations employing more than 50 full-time equivalent employees
Organisations can be SMEs, larger corporations, public companies, and government institutions
Our company is a B2B business (business-to-business). We are in Australia but clients are globally.

We are an online company using big data analytics and intelligent platform design. Our core business is along 4 dimensions:
1) Measure key performance indices
2) Diagnose areas of weakness in company operations
3) Provide training that address areas of weakness
4) provide specialised consulting services

Colour preference: Dark blue and gold (but feel free to experiment)
Logo element: could incorporate the Greek symbol 'delta' (Δ) (indicating change)
Must be good for use on website, letterheads and business cards

Name style can be any of the following:
Brandable (Google)
Multiple words (Facebook)
Real words (Apple, Amazon)
Misspellings (Lyft, Flickr)
Compound words (FedEx, Instagram)

    I've added more submissions on entries #114 , #115 and #117 . Just to let you know that I've suggested brand names, registered business names and domains for these entries. The brand name and the registered business name does not need to be the same because the brand name is meant for the product/service you are offering whereas your trading name is only required for any sort of taxation or legal activities. Hence, only the domain needs to be similar to the brand name for marketing purposes. Thus, I hope you would be able to consider the brand names and its corresponding registered business names to meet your business' needs. Thanks

    By the way you should know Mst J. copied Parvez A's entry #14 and post in on https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Name-logo-and-identity-1512580 under entry #78. That is basically stealing someone else's idea. It's not coincidence, you can see for yourself the logo is the exact same. It's unfair for other entrants who made the effort to come up with an original name/work.

      exactly. both Ascension and DataKey don't have available .com or .com.au domains. everyone can suggest a good name but a good name means nothing if the corresponding domain is unavailable..

    you could seal the contest because people will steal brand names from each other (especially from high rated entries), trust me i've seen that before. however if you seal it the downside is that lots of people will just present logos copied from the internet without the others noticing and reporting them so you will have to be vigilent

      Do you also accept names that are in Amber - requires manual decision? Technically you can still apply for the name however they will only review it after your application.
