We are looking to following drawn professionally and presented as soon as possible. We have also attached a scope of works with land size and sketch style examples.

Scope of Works
Subject: BWEZ Science Precinct

Sketch up initial concepts of BWEZ science precinct in Ballarat, Australia. Drawings to include aerial sketch view and 3D front and side view.
Land Area: 13,600m2
• 16 laboratories: 4 buildings with 4 labs in each.
• Each cluster to have shared toilets, boardroom and reception.
• Clusters to be single storey (total of 650m2 each).
• Each cluster to have its own car park area.
• Central driveway to connect car parks.
• Cluster to look similar or identical in appearance.
• Modern look and use glass.
