Although primarily a programmer, on this site I'll mainly be doing 3D work, since I do programming for someone else and I want a creative side to my work! I have over 5 years experience in 3D art, although I've kept it as a hobby until recently, since only recently has the 3D freelancing market not just been about who can spam the most applications for jobs. In learning 3D art, I've put a strong emphasis on finding unusual methods to achieve unusual results or solve difficult problems; good for being creative, or if a client expects something unfeasible! Blender is my 3D program of choice, as it provides a good middle-ground between all 3D specialisations, and is becoming increasingly versatile.
