This is a review regarding Alexander's work on an Android programming project. Alex did an amazing job. He is very detail oriented and follows project guidelines to the letter. He was easy to work with and often completed test builds in advance of his target date. For example, if on Monday there would be a projected completion date of Saturday, he might complete the build by Tuesday! This is amazing as many programmers tend to take longer than expected rather than less time! In addition, I think the project ended up being more complex than anticipated and Alex handled it like a true professional. He could have easily stopped working on this project based on cost vs time, but he still completed it without hesitation or complaint (and will get a bonus as a result). This made it a pleasure to work with him. I cannot speak to Alex's other programming talents/language knowledge, but based on this experience regarding Android programming, something relatively new on the market, I can only imagine he would be an amazing person to have on your team in areas where he has years and years of experience. I would gladly work with Alex again, and if this program he worked on generates income, he will get even more bonuses (beyond the initial one I plan to give him) down the road from me! You should always reward good developers!!!
