Prepare and effectively manage the information required to submit to hiring construction specifications of works. Ensure that the work, materials and equipment used by the executor of the work (own or contractor), available in a timely manner and comply with the specified requirements. Develop the Records of Inspection and review the valuations of the contractor regarding the actual number of executed and record them at the corresponding levels for approval work. Keep the technical and administrative control of the work, to take preventive and / or corrective necessary actions to comply with the established schedule.
