This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had hiring a freelancer. He first of all agreed a date that the project would be completed. That date came and passed with no word. I then contacted him to find out what progress he had made and I was told that I must wait, so once again we agreed a date. That date came and passed with no word. I again contacted him and I was once again asked to wait. Due to the lack of communication and considerable delay I asked that he refunded my fee and closed the project. I was not granted the refund I desired and he explained it to me by saying "its a risky business everyone has to risk something". This man seemingly lacks the knowledge and customer service skills on even a very basic level. furthermore he finally accepted responsibility but still refused to refund the amount I had payed upfront. Buyer beware this freelancer operates on a very different set of rules to everyone else. P.S it is bad practice to to tell your customers to stop being "so hyper" about their money.
