This is my 12th project with Cip over the last 5-6 months. Need I say more, on how much we absolutely trust Cip? Getting the chance to work with a matured, reliable and initiative individual like Cip, is one of the best things that ever happened in our time with Freelancer :)

Smartgest was able to complete this project very quickly. English is not his first language but I had no major issues communicating with him. He actually exceeded our expectations and completed our tool in a way that allowed it to be even more flexible and useful than we had originally asked for. We will definitely hire him again if possible.
