Repup is a complete software solution for all customer facing businesses to received feedback from their customer on a digital platform and do away with the traditional labour intensive work of dishing out hardcopy paper forms. The Repup platform is in itself very flexible to be deployed, with the user free to build any form of survey they want on a central Content Management System (CMS). The survey can be deployed as a white label product, fully customizable to a unique design, theme and requirements. Through digitalizing feedback response, we believe all customer facing businesses can get a better customer engagement as the fuss of completing a hardcopy paper form is streamlined to simply a few touches on a tablet located at designated location. More customers will share their opinion of the products or services which in turns generate opportunities for continuous improvement.
