Looking for a dedicated web developer for a variety of projects

Absolute nightmare. Nearly three moths for a job that was supposed to be delivered within tow weeks! Never interacted with anyone this unprofessional. It started off fine, but the project was never completed. The freelancer first made ridiculous excuses, citing holidays and made up days off, and then he plainly stopped replying. I was forced to contact support, who advised me that they would contact the freelancer, and only after they did, the freelancer messaged me promising that the job will be completed within a week. After the week had passed, he simply didn't respond again. Support again, same promise, failed to deliver again. The sage continues while I compose this feedback!
