First off, I should say that it has been my first ever and a very complex project and it has been definitely a learning experience for both of us. I hired Loai for developing a whole website with extensive catalog, search and payment systems in two languages. It took us a little over two months instead of 30 days as it was planned, so I assume that the amount of work and its complexity was underestimated at the beginning. Nevertheless, it did not affect the budget. We used Word Press theme and Loai did a lot of alterations to it to suit our goals. Overall he was very patient, respectful and responsefull, even though we had a few tough moments and misunderstanding. I had to do a lot of reviewing, testing and retesting myself. I wish Loai was a little more attentive to details, but I am glad we made through all the challenges together and now we have a beautiful professional looking and efficient website. I will hire him again because at the end of the day he provided good quality on a reasonable budget.
