Hi my name is Jessica Grove and I am 29 years old from Brisbane, Australia. I currently live in Melbourne and work as a Marketing Coordinator for BIG4 Holiday Parks where I have been working for nearly 3 years. My roles and responsibilities include email marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, reporting, B2B marketing, project management. I have a diploma in Entertainment Business Management from JMC Academy in Brisbane, where I developed a practical and theoretical understanding of Business management mostly in the entertainment field. I completed subjects including Communication, Business Law, Copyright and publishing, Marketing, accounting and business management. Many of my assignments I had to create social media platforms for bands to develop their music and advertise concerts, organise events and concerts and also managing bands. I have previously worked for a Marketing company that raises funds for charities in Australia through a lottery program. My tasks in this job would be recruiting, training, data collection and research, managing event sites and also direct marketing with customers. Furthermore, in the last few years I have been working in customer service and marketing positions in the travel industry in a variety of roles. I have a great knowledge of tourism and hospitality, including understanding demographics, trends and also the market. I also pride myself on my customer service skills, therefore providing my customers / clients with the best possible experience.
