Writing, research, and basically getting things done has always been a hallmark of my work ethics. I don't rest on my laurels and get satisfied with just a thumbs up or satisfactory quality of any assignment that has been thrown my way. I raise the bar of my body of work and push myself to at times go outside the box so that I will be able to come up with a body of work that speaks about my capacity and tenacity as a team player or as an individual. I am also a team player. i work well and adapt to various personalities or circumstances that my work may entail me. As a team member, I have been known to push and motivate my team members to work at a level that they have never expected they would accomplish.
