To Hire Tai has is cons, he is not so good in english so you have to be very clear what you want to be done and most critical thing is that he leaves a lot of small errors here and there. So you need to check VERY careful because if you find an error later that is his work then he will ask you to hire him again and pay to fix it. I will not hire him again for sure, but as said, if you check every inch of the work and have the time and patience then you good to go,

Tai is very knowledgeable and is an expert at coding, at the end our project was delivered per our requirements. On the other side, Tai is not very good with English, communication was very poor which caused major delays in project. Moreover understanding requiring logic were subpar when it came from him, we had to explain and show plugin logic multiple times. In the end, if you would like to have your plugin completed as you wish with Tai, I recommend taking the time to fully illustrate your logic, provide detailed screenshots and have deadline flexibility.
