Create PHP api to send out paypal payments

They have different team of developers, not sure if all of them are good or bad. Had created the requirement document and explained the changes, then also the changes which were done were completely opposite. Post that they started doing the changes as per my requirements, in that requirement also, I was directly given the client APIs, which I could directly call. Requirement was to create API which internally calls client APIs. Again they changed the implementation and gave the code. The code given was not working at the end. I had to debug it myself and fix it. I would not hire Flintex again.
