Pacer is a world wide software corporate, who have mainly insourced our tasks via our mother corporate in Denmark. We have grown by tentacles to span Denmark, Ukraine, Pakistan, Kenya, China - in a total virtual setting. I am David Svarrer, the account responsible for Pacer, I have 33 years of experience in professional software development, having worked in long term, top consultancy for corporates (mentioning a few...) AdTranz-Bombardier, Cisco, Danske Bank, Emc2, Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, OOA, SCR, Terra, ... Did setup outsourcing for SCR / Kairos to Malaysia in 2003, outsourcing for SCR to Kenya in 2005, have run Digital Age Institute and Digital Age Software House in Kenya with purely virtual services since 2006, am running Digital Age Software House, of which The Pacer is a subsidiary, since 2011. We are 2 Software Architects, 5 project managers, 1 QA/QC, 1 CM, 31 developers currently, growing with a new head every 1-2 months.
