Build A Website: Assessment

UNPROFESSIONAL, FRAUD, LIAR AND THIEF he claims he can deliver your project on time and will say ANYTHING to win the bid but cannot complete even the simplest of tasks. Asks the same questions over and over again and will ask for an “upfront payment to pay freelancer” but will abscond with your money and ask for more. He knew project was urgent, begged for more time TWICE and even then(even asked him how much more time he needed), contacted me 30 mins before the agreed upon time nope to tell me he “didn’t understand” after multiple questions and explanations. Does not respond to messages and now IS HOLDING THE RELEASED MILESTONE HOSTAGE , telling me he won’t give it back unless I give him a good review for doing NO WORK WHATSOEVER DO NOT HIRE HIM if you are serious about having anything done and done on time. He will blatantly lie using the worst grammar and afterwards has the audacity to blame you for everything. Worst freelancer and horrible character. Unprofessional and demanding, I can’t emphasise enough. DO NOT HIRE HIM. HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR.
