This system tracks their entire sales process from incoming questions to doing work with returning clients. Their portal utilizes a communication system which they can use to manage contact with clients, contacts, and coworkers.Through this effective method they ensure no customer communication is missed. Inventory management is easily managed through a database that categorizes items under multiple labels. They also have the ability to run an inventory report which tells them what they have in stock and what is out being rented. The ability to log a new import into inventory is made easy with integrations built within the import to inventory button. This application's main functions are to ensure effective communication and ensure inventory / warehouse management is done effectively.
