I originally trained as a software developer where I spent a bulk of my time creating products that aimed to make people’s lives better. I now dedicate my time to my passion: photography. I am also a dancer which has influenced & inspired my work in many ways particularly capturing the movement in a moment.

My wife and I own and run Vermeulen Photography. We specialize in weddings and events, and we aspire to capture the authentic beauty of the day. We liaise with clients, assessing their needs and constructing packages that suit them, photograph the day, edit the photos and video, and deliver the final product to our clients, which often also includes prints or photobooks.

Nomanini

At Nomanini I worked on all parts of the technical stack, from developing firmware in C/C++ for the custom Point of Sale terminal, to factory tooling, to internal company tools, to the back- and frontend of our dashboards for our business clients. I worked in C, C++, Python, Java (Android), Lua, and worked in small teams and on my own.
