First algorithm was built and then it was used to run over each month data. Algorithm was complex but at same time was very efficient for processing 100 MBs of excel data in short time.

In the past, we had better experience with individual freelancers, than with agencies. However, this one was quick to reply, presented tons of what seemed to be similar projects, and MOSTLY positive reviews. After about a week of everyday promises, the agency did not deliver the software. The cost of wasted time for us exceeded the cost of this project multifold. My advises to every client of this website: (1) when you post your project, select NO AGENCIES. (2) you should find individual freelancers with the right expertise in the profile and contact them YOURSELF rather than waiting for them to contact you. Usually , one out 10 turns out to be very good.
