Bachelor of Fine Arts; Illustration

Born and raised in Colombia, Ernesto graduated as a BFA in the Emily Carr University class of 2017. His illustrator debut 'Chins and Elbows and Knees' (by Marilyn Browning) is available for purchase on Amazon. Presently working on the sequel book 'Toses and Noses and Lips'. Ernesto’s artwork and stories draw inspiration from both Western and Eastern cultures. His projects include a self-made comic, Sakura and the Dark Knight (2019), and an original story under the working title of ‘Seigi no Heishi’. Idrenne Lim-Alparaque—the publisher—stated that he "did a terrific job visually expressing the world". As for Marilyn Browning—the author— she described him as having “charming manners and a delight to work with”.
