I have an existing zoho app for my English academy which has been developed over the last 7 years. It has come to a point where it really needs updating. Firstly, it needs to be converted to zoho 5, and any formatting/funtional conflicts resolved. After which, we can construct some functional views (for client area/teacher area/admin area/accounts area). Additionally I would like all forms/reports and processes annotated in a catalogue for easy future reference. My reasoning behind this is due to the large amount of future addons we would like. To give you an idea of the size of the application it currently consists of 110 forms, 150 reports and 50 pages. Not all are currently used, however to my knowledge most are. My future plans include allowing my clients to pay through a kiosk (similar to those found in fast food resturants) so any experience with this type of process would also be of interest to me. But to begin with I´m looking for someone with all-round experience who can dedicate 100% of their time to my project in order to complete it quickly. It is important that I work with an individual freelancer (not a company nor group of developers). I estimate: The switchover and cataloging the application fully - 20-40hours (I will assist) New pages - 40hours I have no problem waiting 1-2 weeks for the right person to finish any existing projects. My idea would be to select 2/3 of the most interesting applicants and have a combined conference where I can share my screen and talk you through the existing application, and the changes I would like both immediately and in the near future, then allow you time to digest the project and give me individual feedback, and your point of view. Hi, I'm a Zoho Creator develor working for past 4 years and with an IT background experience of 7 years. The time estimated by you must be enough for the work based on the requirements you have given. I can carry out the Integration part with 3 party too. If possible please allow one freelancer to work on this. Because Creator will have lookup fields for your requirement and 2 or 3 developers working on the same might end up in idea confliction. If you prefer to go with more than one developer, there are only 3 Zoho developers purely work on this. From your bid it is Yamini, Sheshab and myself. In that Sheshab is running company and Yamini is a individual freelancer. If your preference is me then I would prefer to work with Yamini for her communication.
