Flash Website for Interior Architecture and Design Company

I am seeking FLASH expert to develop an Interior Architecture and Design project. The project deliverables will consist of a (1) FLASH website and (2) FLASH Presentation presented in a CD. For a start I have included the FLASH project requirements. Two reference sites preferred by the client are as follows:- - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] What the client particularly likes is the sliding of the images as seen in those sites. I believe it is called 'accordion flash menu', unsure if I am correct on this. He wants it to be applied to the many images for its different sections. For 90% of the images found in the site, it will have a description containing no more than ten words. You can refer to [login to view URL] whereby it is a Macromedia Director file (.dir) containing its current presentation. All the images found in the following sections will have to be included in the new FLASH site:- - Corporate Faces - Public Areas - Innerspace - Overseas - Architecture+Interior For all these images with accompanying short description, they must be contained within a XML file. This allows easy addition and removal of images and their short descriptions when required without the need of a FLASH developer to make the changes in the future. Therefore it will be required that you inform me the fixed width and height of the image. Then the XML file should contain the link to the image and the short description for the image. The reason for a XML file is that for the end deliverables for this project is (1) Flash Website and (2) Flash Presentation. The Presentation version shall contain more images and associated short description than what is seen on the Website version. This is because not all images are allowed to be viewed publicly. For the Flash Presentation, it must be readily available to be burnt into the CD. Instructions for this must be provided. The fonts used for the short description should be stylish as seen in the Director file. For general text, the standard font to be used will be "Arial". For all text found in the website and presentation, an appropriate font size should be used. The new FLASH project will have the site structure as seen in the attached ppt. Referring to the attached ppt file, for the main menu seen currently consisting of 'Home', 'The Hub', 'Services' and 'Contact Us', make space for the addition of 2 more menu links in the future. The length of these 2 links will be not more than ten characters length long. The 'Contact Us' page will have the following fields:- - Name (50 characters long textfield) - Email Address (50 characters long textfield) - Message (500 characters long) The company logo can be obtained from [login to view URL] The Flash project should be developed using the corporate colours and its complementary colours. The Flash Expert must ensure that the site is search-engine friendly in order to place the site at a possibly higher rank in popular engines like GOOGLE. Any advice provided here will be appreciated. Review the above and let me know if you are keen to take on this project. If yes, I need to have 2 mock up of the Flash Project in Flash (preferred). 1 mock up will show the main page and the other the galley page displaying the sliding effect as stated earlier in this requirement.
