Chapter 2 - Create a shorter transcript of the attached text (12-15 pages out of 19 pages)

Create a shorter transcript of the attached text, WITHOUT changing its meaning or structure. The original text contains 19 pages, the shorter version should be min 12, max 15 pages. It is very important to change basically EVERY sentence of the text, so that search engines SHOULD NOT identify the final text with original sources, except for definitions and quotes, which should be marked and their origins indicated. The task will be considered completed if at least 8 out of 10 random sequences of the final text will not be identified with original sources by search engines. The original text has been assembled by collecting different free materials. The final text will be used to create an e-learning material to instruct NGO workers. This text is the second chapter of a 7-chapter long material. I have broken down the material in 7 pieces to allow several people to work on it, since we should complete the work in 5 days. I publish the other 6 chapters as separate projects.
