Wordpress developer wanted! Video / Payment integration.

I need a Wordpress developer to build or customise a module. The Wordpress posts will be setup as pages with videos on them, a new visitor can visit the website and watch 3 videos for free, then has to pay a fee of £X to watch the rest for a time period of Y. There will also be a second option which allow a different category of users unlimited access for a year. So the option to watch videos needs to have some kind of register function /payment function.
