seems either the url is translated to a new url or ur site is under malware attack. ill first have to check files to see if its not translated to a new url if not then i have to edit 2-3 files to make wp-admin work manually and then scan it for malwares. i am ready to start now. you can check my reviews to evaluate me 200+ projects with all 100% +ive reviews)

the reason behind 404 error can be 1] home and site urls are not set 2] may have used some plugin to hide and protect wp-admin login 3] by mistake wp-admin has been renamed if you have cpanel of your hosting then I can check all these options and recover website, ftp too can work but that dont give access to urls in database, can we have a chat?
