Construct a Self-hosted eBlast System for my Wordpress Website

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING FIRST: I am a world-famous pin-up model and my website shows exposed breasts. There is no full nudity and I am NOT in the porn industry in any way. But if your culture or religion prevents you from working with me, I respect that, but please do not respond if you have any doubt about supporting my efforts. SECOND: I am unable to use MailChimp or ConstantContact or any of the Saas mail marketing companies because they put me in the "Adult Content" category and that violates their TOS. That's why I need someone who can help me build a system that provides templates to build my brand and the capability to make it through all the filters to hit their target. ALL are opt-in registrants from my website. (A previous developer set up the registration form to capture sign-ups, but I have no idea how that works.) THIRD: I am a professional business woman and I expect the people I work with to conduct their business with me according to best practices in terms of clear communication, firm commitments, and attention to detail. If you are lacking in ANY of these qualities, please do not respond. FINALLY: This project is only the first of many planned projects on my current website as well as an entirely different website I will be building for a famous entertainer. There is much work for the right team, but I won't settle for less than the best and most responsible developers to form a long-term relationship with. This is my last attempt at using offshore resources. I was hoping to find a great team to partner with, but it seems those people are rare...very rare. So first things first.
