Add a text box next to each product selection in Woocommerce quote basket

Hello, We currently have a wordpress website and use a plugin to add a quote style ecommerce function so customers can add products they want to the basket and then the website send us the list so we can email them a manual quotation. The plugin I am using currently works well but I want the ability to add a text box next to each product in the basket so customers can specify any specific requirements. This will then get sent to us through the usual woocommerce process. Image attached of what I am looking to achieve (I want to add the product note part next to each product).
