Add content in Wordpress Responsive Theme

I have a responsive theme on the following url

I need to modify the home page such that the content shows 5 images and text underneath them as shown in the attached image.
These five images need to be added under "call to action" button and need to be laid out from left to right
Since the theme is responsive on browser resize to smart phone the content should resize as well in an organized manner. The content should also be resized when the site is viewed on a smart phone.
On task completion clear instructions need to be provided to migrate configuration/files to production server.
Home page modifications need to be done according to the configuration settings under theme options. See the attached image "home-page-modifications"
