We have a 6 months old HP laptop with 8Gg of Ram and it is running slow. It is running Windows. There are minimal files stored on the laptop and minimal programs running. We need the computer to run more quickly by closing down programs running behind that we do not need and using other means to speed it up. Also, the wireless mouse is also not working. The computer acknowledges the mouse when putting in the wireless USB connector however the mouse does not work. We have plugged in another mouse with similar results. We need someone to login to our computer using teamviewer or something similar and sort it out. Best Regards, David

hi there, I will be able to fix this for you very quickly, I will need remote access to the laptop via TeamViewer, I will then proceed to run a repair on a laptop and ensure free space is available, applications are stopped that aren't needed and basically streamline the entire laptop so you were getting the best performance out of it it. best wishes Richard

This is a pretty straight forward project and most likely wouldn't even take a whole day. Getting the Laptop up to speed is a priority. The mouse is best to leave until the end.
