I am looking for a small program that can capture a webcam feed from IP or USB camera’s. What I want is a Windows based program that shows the feed in a window, attached to the computer is a usb barcode scanner, once a barcode is scanned the program needs to make an image capture of that moment and saved it under the scanned barcode name at a specific network location. The barcode scanner can give a carriage return after a barcode is scanned.
